3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You must notify us immediately at legal@sabix.dev if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4. Prohibited Account Sharing and Deactivation

Zero Tolerance Policy

Each Account is licensed to a single named individual only. Account sharing — defined as the use of a single Account's credentials by more than one person, whether simultaneously, sequentially, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Detection. The Platform employs technical measures to detect Shared Accounts, including but not limited to: concurrent session monitoring, IP geolocation analysis, device fingerprinting, browser fingerprinting, and behavioural pattern analysis. Detection of suspected account sharing may be triggered automatically or through manual review.

4.2 Consequences. Upon detection of a Shared Account, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Issue a formal warning to the Account holder;
  • Temporarily suspend access to the Account pending investigation;
  • Permanently deactivate the Account with immediate effect;
  • Permanently delete all Content Data associated with the Account;
  • Forfeit all remaining Subscription fees without refund;
  • Pursue legal remedies for breach of contract and any damages suffered.

4.3 No Appeal for Wilful Sharing. Where the Company determines that account sharing was wilful and deliberate, the deactivation decision is final and not subject to appeal. The Company's determination of wilful sharing is conclusive in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary.

4.4 Team and Enterprise Plans. Organisations requiring multiple users must purchase a team or enterprise plan. Unauthorised sharing is not a substitute for the appropriate plan. Contact legal@sabix.dev for enterprise pricing.

5. Intelligence Engine — Disclaimer of Accuracy and Liability

Important Disclaimer

The Platform's intelligence engine generates probabilistic outputs. All Intelligence Output is advisory only. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are inappropriate for your specific context.

5.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy. The Company does not warrant that Intelligence Output is accurate, complete, current, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from errors. The intelligence engine may produce outputs that are factually incorrect, contextually inappropriate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You acknowledge that machine learning systems are inherently imperfect and that outputs must be critically evaluated by a human.

5.2 Not Professional Advice. Intelligence Output does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, career counselling, psychological counselling, or any other form of regulated professional advice. You should not rely on Intelligence Output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on Intelligence Output are made entirely at your own risk.

5.3 No Employment Guarantee. The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the Platform will result in employment, promotion, salary increase, successful negotiation, or any other specific career outcome. Career outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside the Company's control.

5.4 User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for: (a) verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any Intelligence Output before acting on it; (b) any decisions made based on Intelligence Output; and (c) any consequences arising from such decisions. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on Intelligence Output.
